Refund & Cancellation Policy

At St. George Mahj Co, we plan our classes and events with care and limited seating so everyone gets a great experience. Because spots are limited, we have a simple cancellation policy:

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be sent in writing to hello@stgeorgemahjco.com.

  • We need at least 24 hours’ notice before the start of your class, open play, or event.

Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Reschedules & Transfers

We’re happy to help you transfer your spot to another class or event when possible (subject to availability). Just reach out to us at hello@stgeorgemahjco.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Private Events

Private event cancellations follow the same 24-hour notice policy unless a different arrangement has been made in your contract.
