Our website is hosted on Squarespace.

All registrations and purchases are subject to availability and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We try to display images and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors or details exactly as shown.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel registrations at our discretion.

Section 6 – Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information and to update it promptly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration or order.

Section 7 – Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as is” and without any warranties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or content. Use them at your own risk.

Section 10 – In-Person Classes & Events: Assumption of Risk & Release

By registering for or attending any in-person class, open play night, private event, or gathering hosted by St. George Mahj Co, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may involve inherent risks (such as minor injuries, slips, or exposure to illness). You agree to participate at your own risk.

You are responsible for your own health and must follow all event rules and instructions from staff or venue personnel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge St. George Mahj Co, Kristi, Camryn, and our team from any claims arising from your attendance or participation, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Events may include photography or video. By attending, you grant us permission to use your likeness for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

Section 11 – Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific class or event in question.

Section 12 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless St. George Mahj Co, Kristi, Camryn, and our team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
